AUDITIONS for Jane Martin's "Talking With"
Theater Under the Stairs announces auditions for Jane Martin's play in monologues, Talking With, on the Cotuit Center for the Arts Black Box stage. Directed by TUTS co-founder, Holly Erin McCarthy.

Funny, frightening and frank...this show includes the stories of a God-fearing baton twirler, an actress at the end of her rope, and a bored housewife with a not-so-boring secret.
1982 Winner of the American Theatre Critics Association Award for Best Regional Play.
We are looking for very strong actresses, each up to the challenge of carrying a "mini" show on their own.
Specifically, we need 7-10 women, ages 16-100 to perform these entertaining and engaging monologues.
Rehearsal time commitment for this production will be comparatively minimal and a lot of emphasis will be put on the actresses' individual commitment to, and discovery/development of, these characters.
Each actor will receive a stipend.

ALICE'S ADVENTURES IN WONDERLAND!
Theater Under the Stairs proudly presents Lewis Carroll’s Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, adapted and directed by Holly Erin McCarthy.
Alice – an intrepid, curious girl – follows a well-dressed rabbit down a magical rabbit hole and finds herself in Wonderland; where disappearing cats serve as tour guides, croquet is played with live flamingos, and the Queen will have you executed faster than you can say “Jabberwocky!”
Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland is one of the most beloved stories of all time. Holly Erin McCarthy has taken Lewis Carroll’s epic fantasy and adapted it for the stage. Complete with original music, lots of magic and surprises, and, of course, all of your favorite characters, Alice is this summer’s most exciting musical comedy adventure for the whole family!
